The role is working Monday to Friday 7.30am - 17.30pm, 47.5 hours per week with a salary of £37,871 plus bonus, pension.
What will I be doing?
Ensuring the efficient deployment of staff and resources, this will mean you will need to:
1. work closely with the other members of the team and contribute to ensuring we provide the best service to our clients and customers
2. supervise personnel and fixed plant, monitoring quality and continually striving to implement process improvements
3. collating working hours of staff for payroll on a monthly basis, maintain budgetary control over operations, order equipment and resource for the site.
The salary is pro-rated based on a 47.5-hour work week.
What are the requirements?
4. IOSH or a similar Health and Safety Qualification is preferable or the ability to achieve this within 12 months.
5. A broad knowledge of plant equipment is desirable, but not essential, as training is provided.
