We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Search Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.
Responsibilities:
* Using sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to develop long-term relationships with client companies.
* Listening carefully to client needs and understanding precise demands in terms of candidate skill set to deliver a consultative solution.
* Implementing searches using internal (database) and external methods.
* Conducting thorough candidate interviews at different stages of the hiring process from pre-screen through to post-hire follow up
* Work with internal teams to ensure paperwork, administration, and invoicing are handled correctly.
* Actively searching for new candidates.
* Collecting and reviewing applications to shortlist candidates.
* Contacting applicants' nominated referees to ascertain their work ethic and experience.
* Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between clients and candidates.
* Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression.
* Actively seek to grow company business by partnering with new clients.
* Hit sales targets in terms of fulfilled business (revenue)
