We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator for a long-term agency contract in Rugby. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery and ensuring efficient production processes.
This is a full-time position with a weekly rotating shift pattern, offering a competitive hourly rate of £13.35 (£11.75 + shift allowance).
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to read drawings and use precision instruments. They should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
