Job Synopsis: Lead Feasibility Assessment & Process Improvement for New Transactional Model (NTM) We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead the feasibility assessment of the New Transactional Model (NTM), providing well-researched options and strategic recommendations. This role will be responsible for documenting the end-to-end Tolling taxonomy, processes, and policies, working closely with cross-functional teams, including Tax, GPO, and market teams, to ensure alignment and consistency. The successful candidate will develop and implement a roadmap for improving end-to-end processes, enhancing ways of working, optimising SAP processes, and driving automation initiatives. They will also ensure that all internal and external compliance requirements are met by working closely with the Internal Controls team to document and strengthen financial controls. This role requires strong stakeholder management and communication skills to engage effectively across all levels of the Finance organisation, from operational end users to senior leadership, including heads of functions, regional/country directors, and C-suite executives. Key Experience Required: Extensive expertise in Tolling models, Trade Routes, Trading Routes, R2R, Intercompany transactions, intercompany transactional models, and Taxonomy Strong background in finance transformation, process improvement, and compliance Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and manage high-level stakeholder engagement Experience in SAP process optimisation and automation initiatives The role: Contract Duration: 6-12 months Determination: Outside IR35 Location: Remote with some monthly travel to Reading, but happy with remote.
