This is a busy and demanding role that will require you to adapt your style and approach across the company’s different divisions. Each day you may be speaking in technical depth about our technology platforms, our trading and investment strategies, the regulatory regimes governing the insurance industry, and about pensions management and how we support our policyholders. Recognising the nuances and intricacies of hiring across all the divisions of Rothesay is important as is approaching the role with positivity, skill and an unwavering attention to detail. You will be responsible for junior recruitment and along with the team, support across internships, apprenticeships, and graduate hiring. Job Responsibilities: Work with multiple partners, including the broader recruitment team, HR colleagues, business leaders, and employees to support Rothesay’s hiring activities. High volume interview scheduling across multiple business areas. Some interview schedules may be more complex in nature and will require meticulous planning. Keep hiring managers informed. Posting roles into our ATS (Greenhouse) and as we evolve, using other technology platforms to support recruitment processes. Maintaining and updating the system with candidate activity, gather feedback and be able to relay in a confident manner either directly or via an agency. Daily management of communication with recruitment agencies regarding candidates and interview scheduling. In time, we anticipate that this will involve more direct communication with candidates. Taking the initiative to respond in a timely manner to candidate queries or escalate to the recruiter as required. Supporting the wider recruitment team with talent attraction across the business including the creation of new processes to improve our candidate experience Processing of candidates travel expenses and agency invoices Creating process documents for recruitment activities Creating presentations for campus events for example Ad hoc administration which includes supporting the recruiters in booking meetings (including campus events), onboarding agencies, supporting graduate and intern interview days. Working in partnership with the recruiters to structure and run these events. Support the recruitment team with project work. Skills and experience required: Strong written and verbal communication. Be comfortable liaising internally and externally and knowing when to escalate. Experience in campus recruitment and working within an inhouse recruitment team Experience of working in a fast-paced companies where there is a lot of interview activity which can be complex in nature Self-driven with excellent organisational skills sense of personal ownership.
