Asset Sustainability Operations Manager Paignton £54,647 - £57,523 per year 40 hours per week We have an opportunity for an Asset Sustainability Operations Manager to join our team based in Paignton. This role will be managing the upcoming 3 year WH SHF wave project in Devon and Cornwall. The role of Asset Sustainability Operations Manager will include: Report on progress of the contract and specific KPI's that will be reported collectively to DESNZ Manage the operational delivery of a cost effective external contractor services by operating within appropriate financial policies and procedures and agreed budgets Assist in the production and implementation of local plans that guarantee service delivery Manage the coordination, communication and maintenance of relationships with internal and external customers Assist in the effective management of the Internal Maintenance service Verify and validate valuation invoices from contractors in a timely manor Skills and experiences: To ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation, candidates applying for this role must be qualified to Degree, HND or HNC in Construction or Management, NEBOSH National Diploma - Construction or currently undertaking the qualification. If you have a lower level qualification along with practical experience and would be prepared to undertake this qualification with the support of Sanctuary Group, we would still welcome an application Experience of managing multi site maintenance contracts in a commercially focused role Proven experience of delivering services within budget Demonstrate achievement in project management Experience in Retrofit contracts SHDF experience preferred, but not essential Previous experience in large social housing projects Proven track record managing a direct labour operation or internal maintenance service As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to bring with them the original certification verifying proof of their qualifications.
