Customer Service Representative - About the business

Key Responsibilities:
* Handling incoming calls and forwarding them as necessary
* Managing inbound emails and responding promptly
* Processing customer orders using the Sage accounts system
* Preparing required information for production
* Managing logistics, including international freight
* Answering price enquiries and providing quotations
* Responding to basic technical product queries
* Carrying out general office administrative tasks
What we need from you:
* Previous experience in office-based Customer Service
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills
* Proficient in Microsoft applications
* Confident speaking to customers on the phone
* Organised, efficient, and proactive
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, reactive environment
* Background in manufacturing or construction is desirable but not essential
