Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Class 1 HGV Driver to work at a Distribution Centre based in Castle Donington. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company, delivering high-quality service within a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate a Class 1 HGV vehicle, adhering to all road safety and compliance regulations
* Complete trunking runs and store deliveries across the UK
* Carry out pre- and post-trip vehicle checks
* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
* Maintain communication with the transport team to report any delays or issues
* Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately
Requirements:
* Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) driving licence
* Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
* Minimum 2 years Class 1 driving experience required
* Good knowledge of UK road networks and driving regulations
* A professional and customer-focused attitude
