This role provides management support of the team to help maintain and develop test cases for Banking and Payment operations, working with subject matter experts to expand test cases against system enhancements and for outsourced Malaysia partners. Responsibilities include:
1. Conducting quality assurance sampling checks.
2. Continually assessing training needs whilst providing subject matter expertise.
3. Acting as an escalation point for issue resolution with Malaysia teams.
4. Producing metrics for outsourced Banking and Payment activities.
5. Assisting with the development of SLAs and key metrics.
6. Overseeing operational procedures.
Candidate must have experience supporting Banking & Payments activity within a high volume business, sound knowledge of banking products and UK agency clearing services, retail payments, and operation control and workflows. A plus would be being a Qualified Banking or Qualified Securities professional and having experience setting SLAs.
