Job Overview
Britvic, a leading producer of beverages, is seeking a dynamic and committed Raw Materials Stock Controller to join their team at the Rugby site. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an effective Raw Materials operation, ensuring the smooth flow of materials and meeting or exceeding performance targets. You will work in a highly flexible and multi-skilled team, undertaking a wide range of tasks to achieve the required Safety and Quality standards across the site.
Key Responsibilities
* Adhere to all Health & Safety, Quality, Environment statutory standards, and site policies
* Control and handle all materials in accordance with Quality (Food Safety) and Health and Safety standards
* Complete all required quality checks and comply with procedures for results reporting
* Maintain operational standards, including hygiene and housekeeping in all areas
* Carry out duties within the Raw Materials operation, working in conjunction with production to deliver against plan and achieve efficiency and performance targets
* Manage inbound deliveries, input and update SAP with relevant information, and pick batches for manufacturing
* Undertake loading and unloading of vehicles, including Raw materials and waste materials for disposal and recycling
* Coordinate deliveries and returns, check deliveries against paperwork and SAP, and update planning as needed
* Actively participate in continuous improvement activities, adhering to zero loss and 5S principles
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Significant SAP operational experience
* Previous experience in warehousing operations
* Experience using various Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE)
* Ability to work autonomously and take appropriate action as required
* Flexibility to work across multiple production areas

Qualifications
* 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English or equivalent (any grade)
* Appropriate qualifications in warehousing e.g. NVQ’s desirable
