We are currently helping several authorities across South Wales looking to improve their Locality teams. They are growing and consistently hiring across the board in this area. You will be given manageable caseloads as well as ensuring quality of work is provided; this is a great chance to gain some supervisory experience as they are offering both senior and junior roles.
If you are a social worker who enjoys having a trusted caseload as well as having a trusted manager, then this will be the right role for you. You will work alongside aspiring social workers who you can learn from, as well as being with a supportive manager who is confident dealing with the work undertaken with the aim of impacting families in the area in a positive and engaging way.
