We are going through an extended period of growth and are now recruiting for an operations manager for the temporary division. We value our recruitment consultants skills to enhance their abilities, without conforming to corporate slang and we are not your daily average recruitment business.

The Role
* F/T 5 Days a week, field and office based (proactive environment)
* Grow candidate database withthrough current social platforms
* Grow your client network to build relationships
* Supporting your team plus attend and organise client agenda
* Constant business development growyour innovative job list
* Deliver our brand and recruitmentstandards
Your knowledge
* Must have at least 12 months experience in a recruitment role within hospitality
* Have a thorough understanding of the temporary staffing industry
* Proven track record of consistent billing
* Good understanding of social networks and all platforms
* Strong personality and positive attitude.
* Self-starter attitude, motivated with clear communication skills
* Apply an abundance of discretionary effort daily
