Are you a highly organised and tech-savvy Office Administrator looking for a flexible part-time opportunity? At SAMSON Materials Handling Ltd, we're seeking a proactive individual to support our Operations Team and provide administrative help across other departments as needed.
As part of the AUMUND Group of Companies, you’ll play a key role in keeping our Ely office running smoothly—coordinating travel, supporting documentation and communication, and assisting colleagues across multiple functions.
Location: Based in Ely, UK
Part-time: Up to 30 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide admin support across Engineering, Purchasing, and Projects teams.
* Assist other departments with general administrative tasks including scheduling, document preparation, and data entry.
* Coordinate staff travel and maintain organised filing and documentation systems.
* Offer occasional IT-related support to our warehouse colleague and assist with internal communication.
What You Bring:
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* High computer literacy and adaptability with new systems.
* Excellent communication, multitasking, and organisational skills.
* A collaborative, can-do attitude, with the ability to work independently.
Please note:
* This position is based in Ely, Cambridgeshire, so applicants must be able to commute to Ely.
