Destination Marketing Manager
Exclusive opportunity for an experienced Destination Marketing Manager to join a property development organisation on a permanent basis.
Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will be responsible creating and delivering strategies that strengthen the London location as a top destination, building strong partnerships, and driving marketing initiatives as well as ultimately driving footfall, awareness, and engagement.
Hybrid working: 3 days in office, 2 from home
Roles & responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to promote the area as a premier destination
* Collaborate with luxury brands, retailers, and partners to enhance customer engagement and footfall
* Build strategic partnerships with key organisations to expand reach and ROI
* Lead marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and experiential initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives
* Create and execute engaging events and initiatives that resonate with target audiences.
* Strengthen relationships with brands and stakeholders to encourage active participation in marketing activities
* Manage budgets to maximise marketing effectiveness and ensure efficient resource allocation
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver impactful social media, digital, and promotional content
* Establish partnerships with local communities, hotels, and tour operators to enhance visibility
* Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of campaigns to optimise future efforts
Skills & experience:
* Experience in retail and destination marketing, ideally within luxury fashion or similar sectors
* Strong understanding of tourism marketing, with insight into high-net-worth (HNW) drivers and trends
* Creative thinker with excellent writing and presentation skills
* Proven success in driving footfall and repositioning brands or destinations
* Passionate about customer service, with hands-on experience in client-facing roles
* Strong project management, organisation, and administrative capabilities
* Skilled in cross-team collaboration across diverse organisations
* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and InDesign
* Strong analytical and written communication skills
* Event management experience
* High emotional intelligence to understand and prioritise customer needs
