BACKGROUND: Biocomposites continues to experience dramatic growth, realising our mission to increase the number of patients we can help, by extending our market coverage in new specialities and new geographies. Administrative role supporting the Customer Service & Despatch Associates and International Despatch Coordinator with their day to day processing of orders. Ensuring all documentation associated with orders is maintained as per procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure all shipping documentation is saved against relevant sales orders on ERP system. Responsible for maintaining full traceability concerning export documentation for auditing / HMRC purposes Coordinate and process boot stock and product requests, UK and international. Process sales orders fulfilled via boot stock and maintain boot stock records on ERP system. Raise Return Material Authorisations (RMA) to facilitate product being returned and complete follow-up actions as required. Conduct daily reviews of on-hold invoices related to purchase orders and liaise with the accounts team to achieve a prompt resolution. Coordinate miscellaneous shipping requests ensuring goods are delivered / collected to and from required locations. Act as primary point of contact for all marketing shipments. Working collaboratively with the marketing department to deliver materials on time for exhibitions. Report complaints to Quality and provide appropriate levels of Customer Service throughout the complaint process. Comply with all policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements of the company. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Level 2 certificate or higher Responsible for maintaining full traceability concerning export documentation for auditing / HMRC purposes Worked with CRM & ERP systems Customer service and complaints handling Supported field based sales teams 2 years’ experience in a customer service role Working knowledge of sales order entry, maintaining customer records. Use excel and word. Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills. Accepts responsibility and able to prioritise tasks Able to work to daily deadlines Worked within healthcare (medical devices or pharmaceutical) manufacturing Knowledge of incoterms and export documentation What do we offer?
