Our Client, a challenger bank, having gone through a period of change, is now looking for a Senior Sales Director to drive the UK through a significant period of growth. The remit will include (but not to limit to) creating and executing on the Go-To-Market strategy, developing a team of world-class caliber sales professionals, and building a market-leading sales team.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across payments and banking product lines.
* Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives in target corporate and institutional clients.
* Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for enterprise payment solutions.
* Manage and develop a high-performing team of sales managers and representatives.
* Collaborate with Product, Technical, and Implementation teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
* Generate detailed forecasts and pipeline reports for senior management.
* Contribute to product strategy based on market insights and client feedback.
Required Experience
* 10+ years of B2B sales experience in financial services, with at least 5 years focused on payments and banking solutions.
* Proven track record of closing enterprise deals worth £1M+ annually.
* Deep understanding of UK payment systems, virtual account structures, and the corporate banking landscape.
* Strong network within UK corporate and institutional sectors.
