The role We’re looking for a Investor Relations Manager to oversee Cera’s Investor Relations and Corporate Finance practices to cover maternity leave. At a time of significant growth and development for Cera, this role is crucial to maintain Cera’s investor relations strategy With leadership level experience working across teams to spearhead strategic initiatives, a laser focus on business priorities, and external relations experience, you’ll be pivotal in leveraging external audiences, both current and potential investors, and wider stakeholders to help achieve Cera’s strategic goals. You’ll build and manage strong relationships with Cera’s internal teams at all levels, ensuring that cross team goals are prioritised. Who are we looking for? You will be a strong all rounder with a minimum of 5 years of experience. This could include experience of fundraising from institutional investors at a high growth company, of working at an investment bank or at a big 4 accounting firm, and / or leading cross team initiatives (perhaps in a Chief of Staff capacity). You will be comfortable working from board level to operational level. You are extremely organised, great at juggling multiple projects and priorities, analytical and outcome focused.
