Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Duties
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
2. Identify new tender opportunities and work with Operations to win new contracts for the business.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
4. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services.
5. Collaborate with the Operations team to identify key points to expand our services into.
6. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s offerings.
7. Provide feedback from clients to help improve service delivery.
Experience
1. Proven experience in a business development or sales role is essential.
2. Proven experience within the coach/transport industry.
3. Marketing experience is an advantage but not necessary.
4. Familiarity with Word, Excel, and basic computer skills.
5. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
8. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think strategically about business growth opportunities.

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
