As our Office Manager, you’ll not only oversee day-to-day operations but also play a key role in managing HR functions, ensuring smooth customer service, and contributing to the growth of the team. Have experience of general office management within an administration team Preferred experience within HR and/or recruitment with a knowledge of employment law and safer recruitment practices Experience in managing customer queries o Management skills Be a team player and contribute positively Be able to work on your own initiative Be detailed and accurate in your work Be a dependable, reliable, trustworthy and honest individual Be a focused, self-motivated and dedicated individual Have strong organisational, grammar and communication skills Be able to prioritise your workload and manage tasks effectively and efficiently Have the ability to work within deadlines and under pressure and should achieve targets set in a timely manner Be pleasant, professional and proficient Excellent IT skills Experience with online Market Places Building Documenting Systems and processes What will your role look like? Over see Handle enquiries and provide exceptional customer service Working with different Marketplaces and websites To manage the HR process within the company Maintain personnel files and manage the lifecycle of employees Assist with training and development of staff Process monthly timesheets Manage employee absence Provide full support to HR functions including during disciplinary proceedings Provide other administrative support to the company as required Ensure maintenance of a coherent and comprehensive filing system and administrative processes are up to date within the company Process business transactions with precision and efficiency Assist with various office tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Arranging purchasing of materials and stock What can you expect in return? 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays The chance to join a well-established company Be part of a fantastic team Chance for Progression What’s next?
