We are currently looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team here at Optimum Recruit.
The successful applicant will work alongside our team of Recruitment Consultants to:
1. Identify suitable candidates for vacancies
2. Handle the initial recruitment process
3. Assist with organising interviews
4. Be responsible for some account management
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sourcing and selecting candidates through various channels such as:
1. CV database websites
2. Search engines
3. Social media channels
4. Internal databases
The successful candidate should also have:
1. Good communication skills
2. Strong customer service skills
3. A good eye for detail
This is a permanent role with an excellent uncapped bonus structure, which applicants will qualify for from day one.
