SALARY: £33,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)

Your Role as Administration Team Manager
This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of quality and productivity within our account coordinator teams, directly impacting customer satisfaction and service delivery through management and coaching.
Goals and Objectives
* Provide leadership & coaching to teams, motivate, develop, and manage individuals to exceptional levels, fostering a positive work environment
* Support resource planning within the Business Support teams to meet customer demand and improve performance
* Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure customer expectations and SLA metrics are met
* Ensure high levels of customer service with documented processes and standard work to meet internal and customer metrics
* Monitor, manage, and report on SLA and KPI performance using visual management tools
* Provide employee feedback through performance management, skill development, and regular 1-2-1 meetings
* Align team objectives with company goals to ensure engagement and focus on key initiatives
What We Would Like You To Bring
* Experience in a customer-centric environment with a background in operational and people management
* Excellent communication skills to support the wider business and stakeholders
* Solution-focused mindset with data interrogation skills for decision-making and investigations
* Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Ability to prioritize workloads and multitask effectively under pressure
* Results-oriented approach in a results-focused environment
