About The Role: The HR Associate role will join a small HR Team on site at Malloy Aeronautics in a busy working environment and support on a wide range of HR activities on both a planned and ad-hoc basis. What you’ll being doing (but not limited too): Working with Lead Recruiter to assist on interview scheduling, job offers and basic cover during leave periods End to end On Boarding process - including Line manager checklist, Day 1 SHE Tour, Day 1 HR Briefing, Monthly SMT induction brief, Payroll processing, Security (BPSS), Business Integrity Training (BIT), Official Secrets Act (OSA), right to work checks Investigation and implementation of effective way of recording all absence - sickness, annual leave, family leave and short notice holidays Monthly Absence Reporting Leavers process - conducting leaving interviews including, maintenance of leaver process and checklist Analysis of leaver data Liaison with payroll on all thing’s salary related and production of letters where appropriate Basic Maintenance of Employee Reward Packages - Shares, Healthcare Cash Plan, Holidays, Pension, Cycle to Work including updating suppliers with starters and leavers information Assist in data loading on implementation of new HR System (when approved) Support to HR Manager on Case Management Activities - Notes and Invite Letter, Diary Scheduling Assist Team Leaders directly on basic HR Case Management Activates Co-ordination and liaising with Occupational Health provider for HR Case Management Referrals Assists HR Manager in any GDPR requests such as DSAR (Data Subject Access Requests) and Data Incident reporting Annual Reporting and ad-hoc employee report requests in accordance with GDPR Maintenance of HR SharePoint Co-ordination and liaising with Training Providers for Team Leader and general employee training Essential Skills and Experiences: Ability to hold Security Clearance - 5 years residence in the UK Strong IT skills with a knowledge of all M365 packages with the ability to create and maintain SharePoint sites and Microsoft Forms Experience of HR Administrative duties Detailed knowledge of Excel for reporting and illustration purposes Desired Skills and Experiences: Ability to work on own initiative Experience of Data Analysis and presentation of that data High levels of IT Literacy and creativity May be working towards a CIPD Qualification or degree May be suitable for HR or business graduate first role Benefits you may be eligible for: Company Pension Scheme Access to 24 Hour Helpline Employee Stock Purchase Plan (BAE Systems Share Incentive Plan) Cycle to work scheme Additional holiday with long service Healthcare cash plan 20 Days of Annual Leave Bank Holidays Statutory Sick Pay Three-Day Long Weekend Every Fortnight (Fri-Sun) Freshly Cooked Lunch on working Fridays Casual Dress On-Site Parking Why Malloy Aeronautics?
