We are looking for someone who is keen to embrace the privileges of working in a diverse borough and has experience of working with people with complex mental health difficulties from a range of religious, cultural and ethnic backgrounds. We are particularly keen to attract people from our local communities. By joining the team during this exciting time of transformation, you will have a unique opportunity to inform and shape the implementation of our clinical strategy; to develop your leadership skills and to improve mental health care for people living in Camden and Islington. You will be required to work flexibly, independently and responsively within a changing environment. Applicants need to enjoy outreach and multi-agency joint working and need to have experience in direct working with services users with complex needs. Supervision and line management experience is essential as is experience of service development. Applicants need to be confident in liaising and communicating with staff from a variety of professional backgrounds and have experience of multi-disciplinary team working.
