This role involves leading and developing a team of Business Development Representatives across EMEA and APAC, focusing on growth strategies and revenue generation with our largest, most strategic clients and partners. A proven track record of successful executive engagement in complex solution selling and competitive environments is essential. The leader will collaborate with a team of Business Development Representatives to develop account plans, identify opportunities, and close large programmes across the region. The ideal candidate will have a consultative and strategic approach to selling solutions to senior executives in sales, marketing, and procurement, as well as C-level executives. A strong background in coaching and developing sales professionals, along with excellent presentation and relationship-building skills, is essential. This position requires a passion for winning and superior relationship-building skills to foster deep partnerships. The ability to travel 25-50% of the time to visit clients and attend trade shows is also required. What You’ll Do Forecasting: Lead the quarterly forecasting process by reviewing individual and team sales targets, adjusting based on the current pipeline and anticipated sales stages and close dates. Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to expand commercial and strategic relationships in EMEA & APAC. Executive Engagement: Build relationships and credibility with C-level executives to effectively communicate the value of BHN’s solutions and vision. Sales Management: Navigate complex sales environments with excellent negotiation, relationship, and presentation skills. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across BHN to achieve desired outcomes. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction scores from clients. Leadership: Provide strong leadership to guide and manage sales talent. What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. Experience: 15 years in business development, with 5 years leading individual contributors. Communication: Highly effective communication and relationship-building skills with internal and international teams. Sales Skills: Experience in solution-based selling to senior executives and C-level executives. Relationship Building: Superior relationship-building skills with a passion and hunger to win. Negotiation: Experience negotiating complex contracts with favourable terms for BHN. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite and Salesforce (or other CRM tool).
