Purpose of the Role:
The Solutions Delivery Manager will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the development and delivery of bespoke solutions to our clients. This position requires close collaboration with the Solutions Manager, Solutions Director, and the delivery team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Solution Design:
* Collaborate with the Solutions Manager and Solutions Director to support the design of tailored client solutions.
* Provide insights and technical feasibility assessments during the solution design phase.
2. Manage the Build Cycle:
* Oversee the end-to-end build process of solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
* Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the delivery schedule or quality.
3. Client Engagement:
* Review completed solutions with clients to confirm alignment with their expectations and objectives.
* Address any feedback and ensure client satisfaction during the handover process.
4. Internal Collaboration:
* Act as the primary liaison between the delivery team and the Solutions Manager/Director.
