As a Customer Sales Operations Specialist, you are responsible for providing superior customer service, driving to exceed Micron's financial goals, and optimizing revenue. You are expected to drive the order process to be as efficient as possible and ensure we take full ownership and responsibility for solving customer issues. This will require you to build and maintain a network of contacts with internal teams to help support and ultimately provide an exceptional experience for Micron's customers. You will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to build and execute corporate strategic objectives, market share, and sales plan goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Understand Sox compliance regarding order entry and management of orders.
2. Day-to-day management of customer accounts ensuring that a professional, collaborative and engaged relationship is developed and maintained.
3. Ensure proactive steps are taken to optimize sales plans in order to drive revenue execution, maintain target inventory, and meet other metric goals.
4. Proactive monitoring/analyzing of sales reports to identify gaps between supply and demand.
5. Collaborate closely with internal partners for operational efficiency.
6. Be the focal point for customer-related operational issues/escalations and the contact for the customer into the supply chain.
7. Identify and strive for continuous improvement, including establishing global best practices for customer support.
8. Remain knowledgeable about all organization's products and services to support sales efforts, as well as customers' products and markets to serve customer needs better and to represent customers at Micron.
9. Execute the Customer Supply Commitment process/response to the forecast.
10. CSP Alignment to Sales Plan - Work with Sales to receive Bookings to CSP as well as perform CSP increases/remix needs.
11. Call out supply risks/opportunities in Estimated Closing file and Quarter-End Meetings.
12. Continuously strive to improve Customer Scorecards.
13. Hub and/or vHub Management.
14. Direct interaction and close collaboration with all internal stakeholders FG, logistics, OP, OF, TSP and field sales team, sales BU, credit teams, share service in resolving customer-related escalations and issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Education: GCSE or equivalent passes in Maths, English, and a Science.
2. Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, customer support, or a related role.
3. Experience: 2 years experience working with SAP in a Sales Operations Environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. An understanding of Sox compliance regarding order entry and management of orders.
2. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales databases.
3. Proficient in Office Suite with a particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Excellent analytical skills to monitor and analyze sales performance trends.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer accounts and collaborate with internal teams.
6. Ability to identify gaps between supply and demand and take proactive steps to optimize sales plans.
7. Knowledge of the company's products and services, as well as the customer's products and markets.
