This is a newly created role where you will lead a multi-functional team to continuously improve all aspects of plant equipment and personnel, whilst leading projects from concept to handover. Role & Responsibilities will include: Plant & Equipment: Establishing new production equipment / facilities by project managing small and medium projects from concept to handover. Developing and executing a 5 year capital plan. Continuous Improvement: Lead change management associated with CI Project activities, whilst resolving production difficulties by developing and implementing solutions.
