Key responsibilities: - Ensure that products licensed to carry the BLACK & DECKER, DEWALT, CRAFTSMAN, and STANLEY brands meet our quality and safety requirements. - Provide technical guidance and work with licensing commercial team to establish the requirement thresholds necessary for product approval. - Work with licensing team to review and select new licensees. - Provide technical assessments of potential licensees' products and quality systems to ensure safety and reliability. This includes handling products in end-use applications as well as product teardowns. - Organize and chair construction reviews of all new licensed product proposals. - Review and monitor existing licensees warranty rates and corrective actions. - Act as the technical liaison between licensees and Stanley Black & Decker. - Enable growth within the licensing function. - Demonstrate successful performance with attention to detail while managing multiple projects - Work effectively with minimal supervision and maintain good working relationships with internal and external teams and?customers Who You Are: You love to tinker, to learn, and to understand the why and how our products work with a strong technical intuition. You're agile, adaptable, but also able to prioritize key projects and responsibilities with a strong sense of self-direction.
