The recruitment consultant role
As a recruitment consultant at Teaching Personnel, you will bridge the gap between our educators and our schools. By providing a premium level of customer service, you will work to ensure your clients' needs are met by providing them with top quality educators, while also finding the right job for educators to thrive in.
This isn't a normal 9-5; your day will start before the school day begins to support with day-to-day supply cover. This role will challenge you and requires passion and energy to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
As a Recruitment Consultant at Teaching Personnel you will do a full 360° role, which means you will be tasked with:
* Sourcing top quality educators (Teachers, Teaching Assistants, etc.)
* Undertaking their full vetting checks
* Marketing & selling these educators to your client schools
* Finding the right school placement
* Providing premium levels of aftercare
No previous education experience is necessary, but you need to manage your time effectively to provide a satisfactory level of service to both clients and candidates. You will work towards individual and branch targets, with a team commission structure that fosters a close-knit feel.
