Based in our modern head office in Granta Park, Cambridge, and reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer, this role is an excellent opportunity to be part of our successful Commercial Team, responsible for day-to-day administration of commercial data, assisting in all aspects of the company’s commercial function. Our successful candidate is a quick-thinking, versatile and proactive individual who can self-manage and work alone, as well as a part of the team. A strong organiser with accurate data entry and proven Excel skills to an impressive standard. A strong foundation in finance and data interpretation welcome. Your duties include (but are not limited to): System Administration for our in-house operating system Lead on the input of new contracts into our operating system Manage the company renewal process of all accounts Conduct monthly audits of our operating system Monitor incoming sales enquiries to ensure they are dealt with correctly Prepare documentation and responses for clients Support the Financial Department with contract information Investigate invoicing queries Provide administrative support for the development of sales strategies Generate monthly sales reports for presentation to the CCO Produce monthly, quarterly and annual statistics for analysis Investigate invoicing queries and the producing of backing sheets Essential Skills and Experience Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history Experience of MS packages and internal databases Highly intuitive with a curious mindset Knowledgeable of Finance and Data Analytics Advanced Excel skills Pro-active and highly organised Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills, written and verbal Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Comfortable to multi-task and prioritise own workload A hunger for knowledge and improvement of processes Reward and Benefits Unlimited training and opportunities to progress £30,000 (depending on experience) 40 hours per week Monday - Friday Up to 20 days paid holiday Recognition rewards Access to a 24/7 employee wellbeing support line Virtual GP Service Earn an extra bonus through recommend a Friend Scheme, no limits We are Dardan Dardan is a people focused, privately owned specialist security company.
