SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / TELEMARKETING Location: Remote - Can be based anywhere in the UK (Contract or Permanent) Hours: 1pm - 9pm (US business hours) US owned global technology company is recruiting for a highly motivated process driven Senior Business Development /Telemarketing Representative with B2B Technical sales experience. You will be selling to director level and C- suite executives in the manufacturing and retail industries. This role would suit a consultative sales person with experience of making high volume calls and appointment setting. This role requires a strategic approach to outbound sales, leveraging persona-based research and multi-channel outreach via a complex CRM system. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-energy, results-oriented environment and is adept at managing multiple sales tools and interfaces. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound prospecting and execute targeted LinkedIn, email, and phone sequences to engage decision-makers in manufacturing and retail. Develop and refine outreach strategies through persona-based research to align with industry trends and executive pain points. Make a minimum of 60 calls per day to drive conversations, qualify leads, and set high-value meetings. Utilize a sophisticated CRM platform to track engagement and optimize outreach effectiveness. Collaborate with marketing team/assets to ensure alignment of messaging, improve conversion rates, and support overall revenue growth. Maintain meticulous records of interactions and continuously refine sales processes for efficiency. Required Qualifications: 3 years of B2B tech sales experience, with a strong track record of inside sales success. Proven ability to sell to director-level and C-suite executives in manufacturing and retail industries. Strong process orientation with experience managing multiple user interfaces and sales enablement tools. High-volume outreach experience (minimum 60 calls per day) with a consultative and persistent sales approach. Proficiency in using complex CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for prospecting and sequencing. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a keen understanding of executive-level decision-making. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with enterprise technology solutions related to manufacturing and retail operations. Experience in audience acquisition or event-based sales targeting high-level executives. Ability to analyse CRM data and optimize sales strategies based on engagement trends.
