Assistant Development Manager role in NW7: Contribute to a residential property manager's vision by demonstrating values, maintaining sites, and supporting health and safety standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance support, liaising with contractors and notifying the Development Manager.
* Identify and deliver training needs, conduct reviews, and provide feedback to direct reports.
* Monitor performance, manage absences, and organise shift cover.
* Assist with the drafting and reporting of the service charge budget and expenditure.
* Participate in customer and contractor meetings, ensuring issues are promptly administered.
* Effective liaison with customers, communicating operational issues and resolving matters.
* Undertake risk assessments, health and safety checks, and routine testing requirements.
* Support the monitoring and supervision of contractors, carrying out works on and around the development.
* Raise works orders and ensure all orders are monitored and delivered within the designated time frame.
* Investigate and report irregular incidents, provide a response to emergency queries, and carry out regular inspection audits.
