Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage documents, maintain accuracy, and update Excel trackers and Microsoft applications. Obtain supplier quotations, process timesheets, and manage financial documentation. Support secure documentation processes, coordinate vetting checks, and monitor the practice’s management system (MIS). Manage diaries, organise meetings, book rooms, take minutes, and assist with office administration. Assist with marketing materials, training coordination, team events, and provide flexible support across offices. What We're Looking For Strong administration skills with a proactive approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent organisation and time management skills. Ability to handle sensitive information securely. A team player with a keen eye for accuracy and detail. Temporary, weekly pay, £12.50 per hour.
