Description Organise and manage complex diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination. Prepare and amend documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails. Maintain client files, ensuring they remain updated and are easily accessible. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements. Liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff on behalf of the legal team. Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars. Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings and take minutes during meetings. Provide general administrative support to the legal team. Profile A successful 'Legal Personal Assistant' should have: A strong background in secretarial and administrative support within a legal environment. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle tasks and prioritise work. Strong computer skills and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
