About The Role

Based in a local service centre on a day-day basis you will be required to maintain and repair all equipment within our range. Your duties will include finding and capturing machine damage and keeping accurate and comprehensive service and maintenance records.
Working alongside colleagues, you will be a great team player and take pride in your workplace and working environment, making sure that high standards are maintained whilst complying with company procedures and processes. Communicating effectively, ensuring that your Line Manager and Customers are kept informed as required.

To succeed in the Fitter role you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours:
1. Prior experience in maintaining Plant and Tools
2. Able to work as part of a Team, supporting colleagues
3. Flexible and self-motivated, you will be keen to embrace new training opportunities, which may on occasion require staying away from home
4. Great communication skills – both verbal and written
5. Customer-Focused with a commitment to delivering an excellent service
6. Effective planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
