We are seeking an experienced IAM Project Manager to lead multiple workstreams within this high–priority program. The ideal consultant will have 8–10 years of experience managing IAM initiatives, with hands–on exposure to platforms such as One Identity, SailPoint, Oracle, or Microsoft Identity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
2. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
3. Manage 4–6 concurrent IAM–related workstreams
4. Lead cross–functional teams including developers, analysts, and testers
5. Coordinate efforts across business units, IT teams, and third–party vendors
6. Track milestones, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery
7. Provide regular status updates and manage issues/escalations effectively
8. Ensure IAM controls are implemented in line with security and regulatory requirements
9. Maintain clear documentation and audit trails throughout the project life cycle
Skills and Experience:
1. 8–10 years of project management experience within IAM or security transformation programs
2. Proven track record managing end–to–end IAM projects (One Identity, SailPoint, Oracle, Microsoft IAM, etc.)
3. Strong understanding of access governance, identity life cycle, and regulatory compliance
4. Experience working within large, matrixed organizations or financial institutions
5. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
6. Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast–paced environment
7. Background in financial services or regulatory technology environments
8. Familiarity with enterprise–level mergers or legal entity transitions
