Senior Town Planner - Skipton (Hybrid / Almost Remote)

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially aware planner to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across rural land and property. The role requires strong business development skills and a proven ability to manage planning projects effectively.
Key responsibilities include:Delivering high-quality planning services to a varied client base.Managing projects, budgets, and client relationships.Identifying and developing new business opportunities.Providing expert planning advice across a range of disciplines.

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have:Over five years' post-qualification experience in planning.A strong commercial mindset with business development experience.Excellent presentation and communication skills.A track record of managing projects and client relationships.Experience in rural planning (desirable but not essential).
Location & Working Arrangements
This role is available nationwide, with hybrid working options. The company's head office is based in Skipton, North Yorkshire, and while flexible working is supported, some office-based days each month will be required.
