A temporary vacancy has become available as Teacher of Mathematics at Bertha Park High School.
This post is covering maternity leave and applications will be well received from candidates who are secondary specialists or primary trained and have a particular interest in numeracy and mathematics.
This is a full time post, however we can consider applicants looking for part time hours.
As the successful candidate, you must demonstrate the ability to motivate and engage with young people and show that they fully understand the values and principles of the Curriculum.
The post holder will be a creative and resourceful individual with the ability to challenge traditional teaching practices as we seek to develop the department in a technology-rich environment.
Ideally experienced in a variety of digital learning resources, you will be able to enhance the learning experience of pupils through the development of engaging activities which enthuse those in your classroom.

You must be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate, engage and earn the trust of young people as you support their individual and collective needs.
