Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking to recruit a Project & Commissioning Manager to support the implementation of its existing Capital programme and the implementation of the A Healthier Mid and West Wales : Our future generations living well. Current projects include the Women & Children Phase II Project in Glangwili Hospital, Cross Hands Health and Wellbeing Centre and Carmarthen Hwb. This post is an exciting role which will provide support to the Capital Planning Team, Project Directors and operational managers to ensure that the preparation for service moves associated with project phases are organised. Successful candidates should have a proactive approach to solving problems, they should also have effective communication skills and be able to build good working relationships. Proven experience at managerial level and experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team is also essential. Applicants should as a minimum be educated to post graduate degree level or equivalent experience and have project management experience.
