The Afternoon Receptionist will be responsible for providing excellent front-of-house service, managing visitor and phone inquiries, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth reception operations during the afternoon shift.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner.
2. Answer incoming calls promptly, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
3. Handle the management of incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
4. Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable reception area at all times.
5. Coordinate meeting room bookings and schedule appointments.
6. Arrange accommodation bookings when required.
7. Provide cover for the morning Receptionist during their absence.

Person Specification:
1. Proven experience in reception or administrative roles.
2. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Competent in using mail merge.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
