About the Role
As an Assessment Manager, you will be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring accreditation processes are carried out with diligence and objectivity. The role involves leading assessments, managing teams, and overseeing projects from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
* Selecting and coordinating assessment teams
* Establishing and leading assessment approaches
* Reporting and managing assessments end-to-end
* Working closely with stakeholders to uphold accreditation standards
* This position involves extensive travel across the UK, with frequent overnight stays.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2012 and its practical application
* Hands-on experience in acoustic testing, acoustic calibrations, or air tightness testing
* Experience in auditing, assessment, or quality management systems
* Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
* A problem-solving mindset and ability to add value
* A degree in a relevant discipline is desirable, but equivalent practical experience will be considered
