Make your mark. Lady Eleanor Holles is one of the oldest independent girls’ schools in the country, with roots dating back to 1710. Now located in Hampton, the school moved to its current purpose-built premises in the 1930s, set within an impressive 24-acre campus. Offering girls aged 7–18 a well-rounded and challenging education, LEH fosters a happy, purposeful environment, preparing its students for higher education and beyond. Recently awarded Independent School of the Year London in the Sunday Times 2025 Schools Guide, this is your opportunity to be part of something extraordinary. This includes planning and budgeting for key tasks and projects to create an optimal learning environment for students and staff, as well as playing a vital role in supporting LEH’s journey toward its next accolade. With a Junior School, Senior School, and Sixth Form on-site, you’ll manage a unique mix of original buildings, modern state-of-the-art STEM facilities, and world-class sports amenities. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, you’ll lead and manage three Facilities Managers and a Head Groundsman, while also being indirectly responsible for the facilities, grounds, and cleaning teams. Together, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring the site remains safe, functional, and inspiring. Beyond day-to-day operations, you’ll assist with the strategic development of the estate, working collaboratively with the close-knit team to maintain the school’s exceptional standards. In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary, 25 days of annual leave, a pension contribution of up to 10%, a free lunch, use of the swimming pool and tennis courts, access to a large onsite car park, a relocation package (if required), a cycle-to-work scheme, and a healthcare cash plan, to name just a few.
