From attending live gigs to organising standout events, youll be the link between artists, venues, and unforgettable audience experiences. Working Hours Monday to Friday (flexible hours to suit your workflow). Regular weekend gigs and events to scout talent and oversee performances. Key Duties Attend live music events to scout talent and grow the roster with 20 new acts monthly. Organise concerts and events, handling everything from initial planning to execution. Build strong relationships with venues of all sizes, negotiating contracts and bookings. Represent the company at gigs, ensuring artists and venues are satisfied with the experience. Collaborate with clients and venues to produce recordings, promotional content, and events. Manage data efficiently to support the companys operations. Keep the website and social media channels fresh with updates and content. Provide outstanding support to artists, venues, and event teams. Key Requirements At least five years of experience in sales or events management (for the £40k salary). A deep passion for live music and a strong understanding of the industry. Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills. Flexibility to travel nationwide and attend gigs on weekends. Results-driven approach to meeting business and financial targets. Confidence in managing events and resolving challenges under pressure.
