Purchase Ledger Clerk - Job Opportunity in Peterborough
Salary: upto £26,000 per annum (Dependant on Experience)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client's finance team in Peterborough.

Key Responsibilities:
Purchase Ledger Management: Responsible for all aspects of the purchase ledger.
Reconciliation: Reconcile purchase ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
Time Management: Plan and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and complete tasks.
High Standards: Ensure consistently high standards of ledger maintenance for accurate reporting and decision-making.
Supplier Payments: Raise and process payments to suppliers on time.
Invoice Processing: Register and process incoming invoices promptly.
Experience & Skills Needed:
Previous experience in a role that requires a high level of attention to detail, particularly in data entry or accounts-related work.
Ability to self-manage time and workload efficiently.
Comfortable working in a small, supportive, and friendly team environment.
An interest in pursuing a career in accounting is desirable, your required to have some accounts experience.
Good IT skills, including familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
