You will be responsible managing and developing our electrical business, carrying out a variety of electrical installations, maintenance, and fault-finding tasks both on Jericho Construction projects and for external customers and other builders. In addition, you will play a key role in training our apprentices and more junior electrical staff, ensuring they develop the skills and knowledge to succeed.

Supervising a small team of electrical staff/apprentices and providing mentoring and training
Performing electrical installations, testing, maintenance and repairs
Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues accurately and efficiently
Working closely with Jericho Construction team members, while also taking the initiative to work independently
Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company standards
Delivering excellent customer service, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers
