The Role:
Joining our supportive Administration team as a Senior Administrative Assistant, you’ll deliver a comprehensive, efficient and effective administrative support to meet business requirements. Working collaboratively with social workers, you will focus on providing excellent administrative support to the wider Physical Disabilities team to support the delivery of essential services to vulnerable adults within our community.

In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you’ll use your excellent communication skills to respond effectively to routine enquiries both verbally and in writing. Our Senior Administrative Assistants need a strong customer focus, to build relationships and establish internal networks of contacts. Your prioritisation and organisational skills will support you in approaching your varied tasks flexibly and confidently, ensuring you meet deadlines without compromising accuracy.
Following training and using your established IT skills, including Word and Excel, you'll use a range of systems and digital tools to manage clients records as requested by community teams’ members. Your previous administrative experience, ideally within a customer focused environment will enable you to provide the highest standard of customer care, whilst supporting your colleagues to deliver a robust and resilient service.
In this hybrid working role, you’ll be home based for part of the week and based in the Totton office for a minimum of one day per week. During your induction and training you will be expected to be in the office daily. Your working pattern will be Monday to Thursday - and Friday - ;

Travel Requirements
You may be required to visit other locations within Hampshire, and therefore need to have the ability to travel, as necessary.
