Responsibilities:
1. Assisting customers with enquiries on the technical helpdesk
2. Carrying out repairs and supporting customers in the showroom
3. Maintaining showroom models to the highest standards
4. Testing selected returned/faulty goods
5. Ensuring compliance with all the company policies in place
6. Assisting in product development
Requirements:
1. 2 years experience as a Gas Safe registered Gas/Heating Engineer
2. Interested in transitioning to an office-based role
3. Keen to learn about solid fuel, gas/electric appliances, and environmental impacts
4. Willing to complete further training
5. Skilled at prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
6. Strong problem-solving, time management, and organisational skills
