Job Purpose
To provide administration support to the Client Administration team who support Financial Planners and/or Investment Managers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their career further into financial services.
This role will be full time in the office 5 days per week Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Client Administration team in the delivery of administration activities ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and in a timely manner.
* Organise client review meetings.
* Manage post and other front office activities.
* Handle telephone calls with clients effectively.
* Order office stationery.
* General housekeeping.
* Ad-hoc general administration.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* GCSE grade 9-4 (A-C) in English and Maths are required; degree qualified is desirable.
* Experience within a front office/administrative role.
* Experience/Knowledge of financial services would be desirable.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work.
Hours of work: Full Time in office 9-5pm Monday to Friday.
