IT Business Analyst
Location: Cheltenham, UK (Hybrid working)

Role Overview:
Spirax Group is seeking an experienced Business Analyst who will work across multiple projects at different stages of their lifecycle; bridging the gap between business needs and technical requirements of technology solutions.
The Business Analyst will work in partnership with subject matter experts and IT teams to identify and implement solutions which meet business needs. They will join the Group IT Project Management Office (PMO), supporting IT projects across a range of teams, including and not limited to Infrastructure, Security, Modern Workplace and Collaboration.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on…
1. Supporting the adoption of PMO governance, best practices, principles and templates for a portfolio of projects from idea through to implementation until transition into service.
2. Establishing elements of business analysis, including business case, project scoping and requirements gathering.
3. Gathering and analysing data, supporting creation of business cases, performing impact assessments during early phases of the projects.
4. Working closely with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
5. Working with Architects and technical delivery teams to ensure requirements are communicated and understood and that initiatives remain aligned with requirements.
6. Working with project teams to perform system testing and assisting users in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
7. Providing training to users and/or trainers and facilitating knowledge transfer to BAU teams at close of projects.
Your previous experience is likely to include…
1. Working as an IT Business Analyst, or similar.
2. Working and communicating with a range of stakeholders across all levels.
3. Identifying and mapping technology requirements against strategic objectives.
