We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager on Walkers Core; working on the end to end activation and leadership of a £multi-million brand, reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager. As Brand Manager, you will be involved in everything from ideation, 360 agency briefing, comms development, media planning, NPD development and in market execution. This is a hugely exciting time to join the team, with a transformational year ahead and huge growth ambitions. Responsibilities As Brand Manager, you will: Lead communications development including digital, social and PR. Brief and lead packaging design development. Manage campaigns through internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals. NPD development Lead project teams to develop and build out NPD and renovation pipeline e.g. new flavours. Work closely with key internal cross-functional partners from idea to in market. Execution Partner with shopper marketing team to ensure effective spend of A&M budget. Develop and lead campaign “key visual” and guidelines to ensure consistent communications from TV to in-store. Performance and Tracking Lead project performance analysis, analysing sales data, competitor activity and consumer and market results. Lead campaign evaluation and learning implications. Manage total project A&M budget and regularly report and under/ over spends. Qualifications We acknowledge that everyone brings different strengths to each role so don’t be discouraged if these aren’t all listed below : 5 years of experience Creative excellence – strong potential in developing and delivering best in class marketing campaigns. Creative curiosity – a love for creative campaigns and expertise in social platforms. Insight & Analytical skills – to be confident with data and financials and can translate those into actionable brand recommendations. Excellent cross-functional collaboration.
